Double-hand Poker is a current game with ancient ancestry. Built on the old Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the far east with the western in a fantastic game for new gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player versus the casino, not like nearly all other poker games that players compete against other players. By competing against the dealer, beginner players do not need to worry about any other, more skillful gamblers taking their $$$$.
Another Pai Gow edge is the generally slow game play, novices are able to take their time and plan while not having to make frenzied selections.
It’s also simpler to enjoy for an extended time with only a little bit of cash after all, to not win, both of your hands needs to be lower than each of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the customary 52-card common deck and one joker. The gambler is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the casino gets seven cards face down.
A five card hand and one two card hand have to be made from the 7 cards dealt, the five card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be higher than the casino’s.
